Please download (link below) and fill abstract of your oral / poster presentation, retaining the template formatting. Save your abstract as MS Word file (PDF files will not be accepted).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All the submissions will be evaluated. Due to the limited space for oral presentation, the Organizeers may ask selected authors to transfer their oral presentations to posters.

If you are submitting multiple abstracts, send each as a separate file:.

– Send the abstract of the oral presentation in a separate email, with the email title “NAME SURNAME Oral abstract”.

– You can send the abstracts of poster presentations together, in one email, with the email title “NAME SURNAME Poster abstract”.

After completing registration, you will be able to update the oral / poster presentation title you entered in the registration form so it to make it match the submitted abstract. You’ll also be able to log in to the website and review the information you provided during registration.
